The successful completion of 5-days Training of Trainers (TOT) program on Career Guidance has been concluded on 1st October 2024 in partnership with Edulift.
This program equipped teachers with the essential skills to become effective career guides.
Through intensive training, teachers from three municipalities learned about career guidance techniques, assessment tools, and effective communication strategies. Our goal was to empower them to provide personalized guidance and support to students as they navigate their career paths.
The participants were appreciative for their enthusiasm and dedication. Their commitment to helping students make informed career decisions is truly inspiring. This program will definitely going to help these dedicated educators in creating brighter futures for their students.
