Role Description
CCN is hiring on behalf of a reputed client in the Tourism Sector. We are looking for full-time team members for the following positions. This is a fixed-term assignment with an opportunity to work with an industry expert.
A. Position Name: Sales Officer
Roles Requirements
1. Identify and generate leads for hotel management software.
2. Utilize technology and online platforms for communication, sales presentations, and customer relationship management.
3. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
7. Competitive salary (30k to 45k) plus very attractive incentives per sale.
B. Position Name: Client Servicing Executive
Roles Requirements
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
2. Professionally manage and respond to client emails, inquiries, and phone calls.
3. Provide travel packages and develop customized itineraries based on client preferences and requirements.
4. Prepare travel packages for clients with clear breakdowns of expenses with accurate and transparent cost details.
5. Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in roles involving travel bookings and customer service.
6. Exceptional command of the English language (both written and spoken).
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Competitive salary range: 35k to 45k.
