Sandipa Thapa Basnyat is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC-ICF),  specialized in career and leadership coaching with 25 years+ work experience in the USA and Nepal. Graduated in MBA degree with a concentration in Human resources, she has been working as a senior career coach at George Washington University School of Business, USA, providing US acculturation to all international students, creating career road maps & designing career coaching programs, and coaching & advising support to graduate MBA and masters level students. She has helped 1000+ International job seekers in their career transition worldwide.

 She has been a co-founder of Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management (SMSH) 2001 and presently working as Director of On-Campus Recruitment, at SMSH, Kathmandu, Nepal. She has been volunteering at the World Bank Group Family Network (WBGFN) since 2008 and was the President of Operations for years 2013-14 as a co-founder of the career & and volunteering program at the WBGFN for its 4000+ members worldwide.

 She was awarded as one of the "50 most influential global coaching leaders" in 2016 by the World Coaching Congress.
