Yadea Technology Group Co. Ltd, located at Tangal, Bhatbhateni was founded in 2001. After 21 years of rapid development, it has become a high-end electric two-wheeler vehicle manufacturer integrating the production and sales of electric bicycles, electric mopeds, electric motorcycles and their accessories. Yadea is looking for Sales Executive, to join their team.

Role Summary

The Sales Executive role is a multifaceted position at Yadea Technology. It's a dynamic role where he/she'll wear several hats, all focused on promoting Yadea's electric scooters and driving sales growth. He/She will be responsible to lead the sales from the showroom. 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet customers with good gesture and properly respond to queries.
  2. Identifying potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  3. Building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  4. Delivering product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  5. Negotiating terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
  6. Knowledge on product features, benefits and market trends to effectively sell the product.
  7. Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines for management review.
  8. Working closely with the marketing team, customer service, and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  9. Providing after sales service as required.


Education Level and Experience Required:

  • Good leadership quality, motivational and coordinating skills with a healthy working environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to grasp knowledge about different situations quickly and come with effective responses to the situation
  • Empowering ability that drives performance
  • Decisiveness and result driven
  • At least 3 years of experience in related field
