Our story
It started with a question nobody was answering.

Founded in 2021, Career Coach Nepal (CCN) is a specialized career development company based in Nepal. We help students and professionals gain clarity in career decisions and build employability skills, while partnering with HR leaders and business heads to strengthen workforce capability, engagement, and retention.

CCN blends scientific assessments, strategic HR insights, and transformational communication & coaching methodologies to help individuals and teams unlock their hidden potential — building a strong community that drives organizational and economic growth.
