Choose a Career
on evidence, not pressure.

We often choose a stream or career based on what friends picked or what a relative respects. We replace that with a measured profile of interests, aptitudes, and personality, then sit down with the student and the parents together and create a clear pathway for future success.

This is for you if
  • The +2 stream decision is weeks away and the family does not agree.
  • Your child is a year into a course that is clearly not working.
  • You are paying for a degree you have no way to evaluate.
  • The grades are fine; the motivation is not.
  • You are a school that wants structured counselling for a whole cohort, not ad-hoc advice.
What you leave with
  • 01A written profile of interests, aptitudes and working style — in language a sixteen-year-old will actually read.
  • 02A shortlist of streams, courses and institutions matched to that profile.
  • 03Entry requirements, indicative costs and realistic career exits for each option.
  • 04A conversation the family has already had, so the decision is not made in an argument.

How it runs

Step by step,
start to finish.

For: +2 and undergraduate students, parents, schools
  1. 01
    Free profile
The student takes the twelve-minute interest test online. No cost, no obligation, and enough on its own for a better conversation at home.
  2. 02
    Assessment and debrief
If you go further, the full assessment is scored and debriefed with the student — their session, in their language.
  3. 03
    Family session
Student and parents together, working through the shortlist. Disagreement is expected, and easier to resolve with evidence on the table.
  4. 04
    Follow-up after results
Once results and offers land, one more session to make the final call and handle the applications.
Career Guidance — questions
How young is too young?
Class 10 onward is useful. Below that, interests are still moving too quickly for the profile to hold for long.
Do parents attend the sessions?
The debrief belongs to the student alone. The selection session is deliberately joint — the decision is funded by parents and lived by the student, so both need to hear the same evidence.
Is the assessment available in Nepali?
Sessions and debriefs run in Nepali or English, whichever the student is more comfortable in. The written report is in English, because that is what institutions ask for.
We already know the stream. Is this still worth doing?
Sometimes not, and we will tell you. If the choice is already well reasoned, the assessment mostly confirms it — and confirming now is far cheaper than switching in second year.
Do you work with schools directly?
Yes, per cohort — assessments for a whole batch with group debriefs and a summary for your counselling team.
