What Is the Program About?
The Career Preparedness Program is a structured, hands-on training initiative that equips final-year and pre-final-year bachelor students with market-ready skills — covering areas such as AI-centric digital marketing, coding, sales, and other in-demand competencies — followed by focused preparation on resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview readiness, and communication skills.
Why This Program?
Most students graduate with strong academic knowledge but limited exposure to the practical, employability-focused skills that employers look for. This program aims to close that gap while students are still in college, giving them a head start in the job market and improving their placement outcomes.
