To reinforce this belief, around 𝟒𝟎 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐉𝐚𝐠𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 came together for an engaging and impactful 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, facilitated by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐢 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐍𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐥.
Through interactive activities, reflection, and practical discussions, the session reinforced a simple yet powerful message: 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲’𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬—𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩.
