Empowering Young People to Shape Their Future

A successful career begins with self-awareness, grows through preparation, and takes shape through informed decisions.

Career Coach Nepal conducted two interactive programs at SOS Children’s Village Nepal, engaging 19 students from Grades 9–12 and 29 bachelor’s-level students and graduates.

The Career Development Program focused on self-discovery, 21st-century skills, career exploration, informed decision-making, and goal setting. Through interactive activities and individual guidance, school-level students explored their interests, strengths, potential, and future career pathways.

The Career Readiness Program equipped bachelor’s students and graduates with practical skills for the professional world, covering job search strategies, resume writing, LinkedIn, interview preparation, and workplace opportunities. A financial literacy session led by a Branch Manager from Nabil Bank further introduced participants to financial management and banking careers.

Both programs encouraged students to move beyond confusion, build confidence, and take practical steps toward their goals.
